Additional Information:

a. Every job has a fixed unit cost in Pakistani Rupees. In case the job is not listed in our price list, you will be billed as low as Rs. 500 per hour subject to conditions b, c & d below.

b. Minimum Charges Zone 1 For clients residing in E, F, G, H & i sectors of Islamabad, the first hour shall be billable at PKR 1,500 and subsequently PKR 500 per hour. If for example the order takes 3 hours you will be billed PKR 2,500 (1,500 first hour + 500 second hour + 500 third hour). If in the same example, the order takes less than 1 hour or if its worth less than PKR 1500, you will still be billed PKR 1,500 as this is the minimum charge in Zone 1. For cleaning services different charges may apply.

c. Minimum Charges Zone 2 For clients residing in Bani Gala, Bhara Kahu, Bahria Enclave, Bahria Town, PWD, DHA, & Rawalpindi etc, the first hour shall be billable at PKR 2,000 and subsequently PKR 500 per hour. If for example the order takes 3 hours you will be billed PKR 3,000 (2,000 first hour + 500 second hour + 500 third hour). If in the same example, the order takes less than 1 hour or if its worth less than PKR 2000, you will still be billed PKR 2,000 as this is the minimum charge in Zone 2. For cleaning services different charges may apply.

d. Minimum charges do not apply to members. Corporate & residential member clients are additionally given free visits as well as exclusive discounts. Please get in touch with us to discuss memberships further.

e. The rates above are for the labour / service on per item basis only and they do not include the price for parts.

f. Quotations can be provided through the phone and email.

g. We also provide construction and renovation services at competitive prices.

h. If there is some job you can't find in the price list above, please call us and we'll gladly give you a quote.

i. In case a job is not listed, we will bill at Rs. 500 per hour per technician subject to condition a & b above.
