POPULAR QUESTIONS

• How many people will come to clean my house?

  We usually send one worker for small jobs. However if the property requires a large amount of cleaning, then we may quote you a lump sum price and send a larger team to complete the work on time. This will be especially true in cleaning of newly constructed houses and buildings for example.

• Do I have to be present for the cleaning order?

  For unoccupied properties, you may provide us the access and we will get the cleaning done without your presence. If however you are living in the property with your family for example, then we highly recommend that either you or somebody you delegate is present.

• How long will it take to clean my house or office?

  The time required mainly depends on the size of your property. We will normally conduct a visit and quote you a price along with the tentative timeframe before starting the actual work.

• Do you provide the cleaning material as well?

  Yes we offer complete turnkey solutions meaning we will provide the service, equipment as well as the cleaning materials. If however you would like to purchase and provide the cleaning material yourself, that is also acceptable to us.

• Do you provide kitchen cleaning services?

  Yes we provide kitchen cleaning services to both homes and to restaurants and hotels. We clean hoods, ovens, stoves and even refrigerators! Please contact us for further information.

• Do you provide building facade cleaning services?

  Yes we provide building facade cleaning services. Whether your facade has bricks, cladding, glass, or windows, we can do the job for you. We use suspended platforms and pole systems depending on the height of your building. Get in touch for further information.

• Do you provide cleaning services for newly constructed houses and buildings?

  Yes we provide construction site cleaning services. However this requires a larger team and will cost more than the regular services. Please contact us for further information.

• Do you provide services to offices & commercial properties? Can we outsource cleaning services to The Handyman?

  Yes we specialise in providing cleaning & janitorial services to corporate spaces such as offices and warehouses. Manpower can be provided on hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis. In the case of outsourcing services, we would require a service level agreement (SLA) to be signed between our respective organizations. • Do you provide sales tax invoices against your services?

  Yes we are proudly a sales tax registered entity and enrolled with FBR (Islamabad), PRA (Punjab), KPRA (KPK), and SRB (Sindh). We will provide a full sales tax invoice on request.

PLAN PRICING

• NOTE 1: For one-time cleaning jobs in Zone 1, minimum order charges are Rs. 2,500. For one-time cleaning jobs in Zone 2, minimum order charges are Rs. 3,000.
• NOTE 2: For deep cleaning, areas that are extra ordinarily dirty, or newly constructed properties, an additional amount of Rs. 2 (two rupee) per SqFt will be charged.
• NOTE 3: For floor polishing & waxing, Rs. 1 per SqFt will be added to the price for each floor above ground floor. Discounts are available for large floor areas.
• NOTE 4: For building & facade cleaning with areas larger than 750 square feet, Rs. 35 per SqFt will be charged. Discounts are available for extra large buildings and for orders with cleaning frequency of more than 1 time a month.
