The Handyman provides grey structure construction services and specialises in finishing and fit-out works. We construct houses, plazas, warehouses and provide related services. We are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC License #69296) as a contractor and offer services in Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi. From project design, estimation, material purchase, to the management and supervision of labour, trust us to do the job for you.

Construction Management & Turnkey Solutions
- Design (architecture, elevations, basic exteriors & interiors, layouts, structure, and the maps of electrical / plumbing / HVAC systems) through qualified architects on our panel
- Design Approval & Permit we ensure the design / layout is signed off by an approved Structural Engineer and get it approved by the relevant govt. authority of your area (CDA, DHA, etc)
- Estimation provide you accurate measurements, costs of labour, and bill of materials, so you don't overspend or fall short of manpower or supplies
- Material Purchasing & Management we procure, handle and supply the material through our supplier network so you do not have to worry about purchasing items yourself.
- Transportation we manage the transportation of labour, construction equipment, and all materials such as bricks, fixtures, gravel, sand, and steel
- Contractor, Sub-Contractor, & Labour Management we manage and supervise all staff and workers, arrange substitutes, and handle their time management
- Supervision & Quality Control we supervise, keep a strong check on the construction site, and ensure there is no compromise on quality or on project delivery time
- Progress Updates we provide routine updates to our clients along with site pictures to keep them informed about construction progress. This is especially useful to those clients that are living in far cities or overseas

What kind of construction related services do you provide?
We provide construction services that include grey structure and finishing of houses & plazas.

Do you provide services on labour rate?
We currently provide construction services on turnkey (labour + material) and or project management basis only. However we do provide maintenance and repair services on labour rates.

What are project management services?
If you opt for project management services, The Handyman will manage the supervisors, labour and material to ensure the work is completed according to the demand. All costs such as labour and material will be charged to you (the client) who will receive the labour & material invoices on actual cost basis providing complete transparency. We will charge a fixed percentage or fee in return for managing your project. The obvious advantage is that you will have full transparency without having any fear of being cheated.

How long does it take to build a house?
Grey structure can take 5 to 6 months whereas finishing can take the same amount of time. So the total time to complete a house can take anywhere between 10 - 12 months.

Do you provide renovation services?
Yes we routinely provide renovation services to our clients. Whether it is kitchen renovation, washroom renovation, or complete house renovation, you can count on The Handyman to do the job for you. Do you provide MEP services?
We specialise in electrical, plumbing and HVAC services and maintain an inhouse team for this purpose. MEP services include tasks like installion of conduits, new house wiring, distribution boxes, lights, switches, PPR & GI pipes, copper pipes, toilet seats, faucets, water tanks and related jobs.
If you are looking for reliable MEP services for your project, the rate for electrical works starts from Rs. 45 - 50 per SqFt. The rate for plumbing works also starts from Rs. 45 - 50 per SqFt. Just multiply the total covered area of your project with the rates for these works in order to get an estimate for each task.
